Overview
After a long engagement with the developer we were able to provide a number of builders who were suitable for the job. Through a tender process one of our builders provided a very competitive submission and won the project.
The developer was an experienced group. We worked with them and their project manager to ensure our builders submitted on time and in accordance with the tender demands. Both the project manager and the client are engaging us on their future projects.
