We have a network of builders that stretch from Cairns down to Melbourne and all the small towns and cities along the way. This includes regional builders in more remote areas who can bring their local knowledge to the table. Most of our activity is of course centered in the major cities of Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane where the majority of property development takes place. However we have an in depth network of builders for growing locations like Newcastle, Toowoomba, Sunshine Coast, Geelong, Sutherland Shire, Wollongong and the Gold Coast to name a few. Construction costs in these regional areas is more affordable so we are seeing many of our clients move out to these locations to buy and develop.
